Multicultural Game Days are monthly events that happens either on the third or fourth Saturday of the month.

PLEASE NOTE the following criteria for hosting a game day. Click the yes button if you are able to be responsible for the following accommodations:

Hosts are responsible for securing the venue. Adhering to the rules/ regulations of that venue. Articulating those venue expectations to the MGD facilitators. Host must also be in attendance for the duration of the game day.

Set Up:12:30pm (Facilitators will arrive between 12:30-1:15p)

Break-down/clean-up: 5:30pm

MGD Time: 2p - 5p

Hosts provides appetizers / hors d'oeuvres and drinks
